Kritika, originating from India, is a versatile individual proficient in writing, art, programming, and editing. Her ardor for articulating creativity through storytelling has culminated in her works being featured in reputable platforms such as Teen Ink, Ritambhara (her university magazine), Alfaz-tere-mere, The Library of Ink, Homer’s Odyssey Magazine and Carmilla Collective. Throughout her academic pursuit, she garnered numerous accolades for her adeptness in creative writing in both English and Hindi, her mother tongue, which served as a substantial source of impetus. In her leisure hours, Kritika immerses herself in literary pursuits, delving into books, indulging in Netflix series and playing piano. She's currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Physics while also concurrently holding the position of an editor at a few magazines.

Aastha Sihan

Aastha, originating from India, will be starting as a freshman in college this year. She loves psychology, traveling, and making new friends. She delved into the magical world of books at the onset of her teenage years and has been a bookworm since. Oftentimes, you will find her clutching a book in her hand or sobbing for the characters she fell in love with. “Appreciating beauty wherever I stumble upon it” is her go-to motto.

Archita Shinde

Archita Shinde is a 17-year-old student based in India who wishes to share her passion for writing with all those teenagers who dare to dream, Besides writing, she loves to sketch, read, and edit videos. Through the means of writing, she hopes she can influence everyone to follow their passion and do what they love.

Holly Wilcox Routledge

Holly is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction, currently based in Meanjin/Brisbane, but has lived and worked in the Asia Pacific. She writes speculative and science-fiction and is passionate about Sing-Lit, and supporting Singaporean authors. When not writing, she's eyeing up fancy candles, getting a bit too invested in haircare, searching for the perfect top, and looking for the best mochas in all of Australia, and possibly the world.

Simone, or Mona, is a fifteen-year-old from NJ, USA. She's been writing prose & poetry for personal enjoyment for the last four years. Outside of writing, she loves books, fashion, singing, desserts, and action movies. She can't wait to see how Cawnpore Magazine grows!

Trinity Lisk

Trinity Lisk (she/her) is a public servant and a lifelong word-smith based in the Little Rock metropolitan area. She has a BA in international studies and is currently working towards her Master of Public Service. Her recent work can be found in Livina Press and The Kintsugi Journal for which she is a content writer. Trinity is also a self-proclaimed collector of a wide range of interests and hobbies (because why choose just one?). Some of her favorites include traveling, birding, napping, and standing on her soap box.

She has published a chapbook, titled Aftermaths (BookLeaf Publishing) and is a regular contributor at Words With Weight. Aanandi Manan is a very committed and focused individual who has accomplished much at the tender age of 16. She is the co-founder of two NGOs successfully overseeing community development and growth. She is the COO of a growing book club where she encourages communities to read books. Just starting her writing career, she also loves creating fictional worlds around her. Aanandi also does poetry reviewing for the Cawnpore Team, in which her love for the art form comes through. Aanandi’s versatility is seen in her being an active part of the MUN circuit where she performs traits like leadership, diplomacy, and excellent oratory skills. She has demonstrated an incredibly strong work ethic and is involved in a range of activities making her a unique and hardworking individual.

A 60s and 70s rock band fanatic, their intrigue lies in Japanese and Russian literature altering between poems of Nakahara Chuuya and writings of Pushkin. Even in leisure, her mind remains engaged, delving into the world of Roman history or creating intricate designs through the art of crocheting.

Mia Soto, better known as M.S. Blues, is an 18-year-old writer, editor, teacher, SBNR advocate, and most importantly, a warrior. Through her work, her objective is to raise awareness of issues that society tends to neglect, as well as represent her communities – Queer, Mexican, Polynesian, and Indigenous. She has been published 100+ times by many literary magazines and currently serves as an editor to The Amazing, Adolescence Magazine, The Elysian Chronicles, Hyacinthus Zine, Chromatic Stars Review, and Low Hanging Fruit. She also serves as a poetry & prose reviewer for The Cawnpore Magazine. In addition, she is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of The Beaulieu Gazette and the Editor-in-Chief & Founder of The Infinite Blues Review.

A "Gilmore Girls" devotee and Ariana Grande aficionado, she's racked up ten internships, blending brains, wit, and a touch of pop flair. Think Rory Gilmore with a dash of Ariana's sparkle! She’s a master multitasker, balancing books, internships, and karaoke nights effortlessly. When she’s not conquering the literary world, she’s plotting her next grand adventure. And most of all she's a people person and will take a good conversation over her math assignment any day!
